According to applicable law, LiveGambler will not disclose any information concerning the identity of its members or use information provided by the member other than as required by the law.

It is LiveGambler's policy not to distribute, sell or otherwise dispose of the details of its member to any third parties. By agreeing to be bound by Terms and Conditions, the member authorizes gaming house to use the information provided to them by the member in order to send the member any information concerning new and future services offered by LiveGambler.

The member authorizes LiveGambler to disclose the information provided by the member in her/his Application for Registration to any financial institutions, banks and sub-contractors for the purpose of validating and obtaining authorizations for any deposits made by the member.
